There seems to be an epidemic of anxiety and depression among our adolescents in North America. From the post-9/11 tension and the housing market crash of 2008 to the hyperconnectedness brought on by the now ubiquitous social media, our cultural milieu is ripe for producing a generation of anxious and depressed youth who too often resort to self-harm to relieve themselves of their angst. Join Andy and Steve as they recover from their late travel home the previous night and Terry as he recovers from the kinks in his neck from sleeping in the recliner.
